About the Role
Position: Full-Time or Part-Time Naturopathic DoctorLocation: In-store Clinic (Health Food Store – Bradford)Salary/Compensation:
Commission: 50/50 split (adjustable based on experience and client load).
Hourly (Optional): $40 – $60 per hour for consultations.
Bonuses/Incentives: Performance bonuses for exceeding client targets or product sales referrals.
Other Benefits: Discounts on store products, flexible scheduling, and access to clinic space and materials.
Responsibilities:
Provide naturopathic consultations and treatments.
Develop individualized treatment plans for clients, incorporating supplements, dietary changes, and lifestyle modifications.
Cross-promote store products and wellness services.
Maintain detailed patient records and adhere to health regulations.
Educate clients on holistic wellness strategies.
Qualifications:
Licensed Naturopathic Doctor in Ontario.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Passion for holistic health and experience in retail wellness environments preferred.
